Norbert A. Gregor

Norbert is an experienced Senior Executive whose professional career during three decades is characterized by various leadership positions (MD, CEO, CFO, CRO, CSO, PMO and Adviser) in the DACH region as well as international experience. More than 16 years in management in countries such as Italy, Spain, Mexico, and the United Kingdom have made him a successful, interculturally adept mediator and strategic thinker for both family businesses and subsidiaries of multinational corporations.
After his multilingual studies in economics and a pronounced interest in Japanology, he undertook a formative year-long scholarship stay in Fukuoka, Japan, where he deepened his knowledge of Zen philosophy. Today, he applies these principles specifically in corporate management.
Norbert's approach emphasizes values such as community spirit, humility, and appreciation, complemented by the ability to listen actively, let go, and exercise wise forbearance. Since 2011, Norbert has established himself as a successful Interim Manager, specializing in internationalization, restructuring, and transformation. Under his brand SIX·11 Interim Expert, he has successfully guided many companies through complex change processes, turnarounds, and new ventures both in Germany and abroad. His actions are strongly influenced by his creativity and his teams' enthusiasm, as well as a focus on strict customer orientation.
